Bio:
Diarmuid leads the Clinical Evidence Reference Center project within Smith & Nephew. This project establishes the framework to pull together a number of globally recognized leading centres to support clinical research on Smith & Nephew products. Prior to joining Smith & Nephew, Diarmuid spent a decade at the AO Foundation, a leading global network of surgeons.
Serving in a voluntary capacity, Diarmuid has been a member of the Executive Committee of the European Medical Writers Association since 2012. Later this year he will serve as the guest editor of the association’s journal Medical Writing on an issue dedicated to patient-reported outcome measures..
